what's the best way to store pails during service?
keep the active pail at 10°f so it's always ready to scoop, and store backup pails at 0°f or below. if you pull a pail from 0°f, let it temper 10 to 15 minutes before the first scoop.

up to 24 months at 0°f or below. keep pails covered between uses.
what's the difference between scoopable pails and smoothie bowl bases?
same recipe, different size. pails are 3 gallons for foodservice, and smoothie bowl bases are single-serve pints for home.

How big is each pail?
Each pail holds 3 gallons and is 9.66 inches across and 11.66 inches tall, so 3 to 4 pails fit on a standard commercial freezer shelf.
What's in the pails?
Real fruit first. Our pails are lightly sweetened with raw cane sugar and use a little tara and guar gum, which keeps them creamy and scoopable instead of icy. Each product page lists the full ingredients and nutrition.
Are the pails kosher and organic?
Yes, they're OU Kosher, dairy free, gluten free and vegan, made in our SQF Level 2 certified facility in Greenville, South Carolina. Banana nut contains peanuts. The acai ingredient is USDA Organic; the finished pails aren't certified organic as a whole.
Can I order pails through my distributor?
