Currently, we only deliver within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally or to Alaska and Hawaii due to extended transit times that could compromise our product quality.

we ship monday through wednesday only to ensure your frozen products don't sit in transit over a weekend. the cutoff for wednesday shipment is tuesday at midnight est. orders placed thursday through sunday will ship the following monday. most orders arrive within 2-3 business days of shipment.

we pack all orders with dry ice to maintain frozen temperatures during transit. if your order arrives thawed, partially melted, or damaged, email order@acaiexotic.com immediately with your order number and photos of the package and products. we'll arrange a replacement right away.
