for ready-to-eat bowls: let defrost for 15 minutes on the counter, or microwave for 30 seconds with the lid removed. for acai packs: run the sealed packet under warm water for 30 seconds, snap in half, and blend with a banana for extra creaminess. pour into a bowl and top with granola, fresh fruit, and your favorite toppings. for scoopable pails: store at 10°f for ready-to-scoop consistency — no tempering needed. scoop directly as orders come in.

once thawed, our products should be consumed immediately for optimal freshness and quality. we don't recommend refreezing after thawing as it affects texture and flavor. for acai packs and scoopable pails, portion before thawing to minimize waste.

our organic acai berries are wild-harvested from the brazilian amazon and flash-frozen to lock in nutrients, flavor, and the vibrant purple color. we work closely with trusted sourcing partners who practice sustainable wild-harvesting — acai palms are not cut during harvest, berries are hand-picked from standing trees, preserving rainforest canopy and biodiversity.

our acai ingredient is usda organic certified by scs global services. ask us about organic certification for your finished product. products manufactured in south carolina are kosher certified by the ou, and our brazil-sourced products are kosher certified by tartikov (bdmc), an ultra-orthodox certification. our ingredients are non-gmo.

acai packs come in 100g frozen packets — blend with banana or liquid for a smoothie bowl. smoothie bowl bases are half-filled pint containers ready to top straight from the freezer — no blending or tempering needed. scoopable pails hold 3 gallons for foodservice operators — store at 10°f and scoop directly as orders come in. ready-to-eat bowls come fully assembled with toppings — thaw 15 minutes or microwave 30 seconds and eat.

yes. we supply hundreds of bowl shops, cafes, juice bars, and retailers across the us and canada. our private label program requires a minimum annual commitment of 1,000 units and includes stock and custom formulations, packaging design, and fda-compliant labeling. see our wholesale page and private label page for details.

there's a $50 order minimum. east coast orders (maine to florida, west to illinois and wisconsin) ship ground for $12.99, or free on orders of $99 or more. orders to all other states in the continental us ship 2-day for $32.99, or free on orders of $129 or more. see our shipping policy for the full state list.

we ship monday through wednesday only to ensure your frozen products don't sit in transit over a weekend. the cutoff for wednesday shipment is tuesday at midnight est. orders placed thursday through sunday will ship the following monday. most orders arrive within 2-3 business days of shipment. west coast orders ship monday–tuesday by 2-day.

your order will ship the next business day, unless placing it would result in weekend transit time. in that case, we'll hold your order and ship it the following monday. orders placed after tuesday 12pm est may be delayed until the next monday to prevent weekend delays. for instance, a wednesday order that would spend three days in transit gets shipped the following monday instead.

we ship your superfruits with dry ice that keeps the product below 0 degrees fahrenheit or we'll send a replacement at no charge.

we pack all orders with dry ice to maintain frozen temperatures during transit. if your order arrives thawed, partially melted, or damaged, email support@acaiexotic.com immediately with your order number and photos of the package and products. we'll arrange a replacement right away.

yes! once your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

we'll try our best to help with order modifications. depending on how quickly you contact us after ordering, we may be able to make changes. however, once orders enter our fulfillment process, modifications become difficult. contact us at support@acaiexotic.com and we'll see what we can do.

use your provided tracking number to monitor your shipment progress. if your package shows as delivered but you can't locate it, or if it appears lost during shipping, contact us at support@acaiexotic.com right away. we'll help resolve the issue and respond within one business day.

currently, we only deliver within the continental united states. unfortunately, we don't ship internationally or to alaska, hawaii, puerto rico, us territories or military addresses due to extended transit times that could compromise our product quality.

all products should be stored frozen at 0°f or below immediately upon delivery. smoothie bowl bases are ready to top straight from the freezer — no tempering needed. acai packs should remain frozen until ready to use. scoopable pails can be stored at 10°f for active service. refer to individual product pages for specific storage instructions.

we don't have our own store or offer local pickup. you can buy online and we ship directly to your address, or find us at bowl shops, cafes and grocery stores that carry acai exotic. for wholesale customers interested in stocking our products, visit our wholesale page.

absolutely! simply log into your account to adjust delivery frequency or cancel your subscription entirely. you can also reach out to us directly at support@acaiexotic.com for any subscription changes.

all sales are final. if your order doesn't arrive perfectly frozen, we'll reship the order at our cost.
