We'll try our best to help with order modifications. Depending on how quickly you contact us after ordering, we may be able to make changes. However, once orders
enter our fulfillment process, modifications become difficult. Contact us at order@acaiexotic.com and we'll see what
we can do
Your order will ship the next business day, unless placing it would result in weekend transit time. In that case, we'll hold your order and ship it the following Monday. Orders placed after Tuesday 12pm EST may be delayed until the next Monday to prevent weekend delays. For instance, a Wednesday order that would spend three days in transit gets shipped the following Monday instead
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
We ship your superfruits with dry ice that keeps the product below 0 degrees Fahrenheit or we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Currently, we only deliver within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally or to Alaska and Hawaii due to extended transit times that
could compromise our product quality.
Use your provided tracking number to monitor your shipment progress. If your
package shows as delivered but you can't locate it, or if it appears lost
during shipping, contact us at order@acaiexotic.com right away. We'll help resolve the issue and respond within one business day
subscriptions
Absolutely! Simply log into your account to adjust delivery frequency or cancel your
subscription entirely. You can also reach out to us directly at info@acaiexotic.com for any subscription changes
Returns policy
All sales are final. If your acai doesn't arrive perfectly frozen, we’ll reship the order at our cost.
