acaiexotic.com is operated by Acai Exotic LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Acai Exotic," "we," "us"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and products may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund you. We may limit quantities or refuse orders, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers.

Order minimum and shipping

Orders have a $50 minimum and ship only within the continental United States. Shipping rates, ship days and delivery details are in our shipping policy.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule you choose until you cancel. You can skip, change or cancel anytime from your account before your next order processes. Subscription discounts and pricing may change, and we'll let you know before a change affects your subscription.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final because our products are frozen food. If an order arrives thawed or damaged, see our refund policy.

Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, nutrition facts and images accurate, but packaging and formulas can change. Always check the label on the product you receive, especially for allergens. Our products are food, not medicine, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes are subject to their stated terms, may not be combined unless stated, and may be changed or ended at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse a code.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, logos, photos and designs, belongs to Acai Exotic or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Acai Exotic is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

By enrolling in or using our SMS service, you agree to these SMS terms. We may change or discontinue the service or its features at any time without notice. Continued use after any change means you accept the updated terms. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of Acai Exotic at the number you provided. Messages may include transactional content (e.g., order updates, account alerts) and promotional content (e.g., special offers, product launches, cart reminders).
