Do I need a blender?

Not for our smoothie bowl bases, ready-to-eat bowls or scoopable pails. Bases are ready to top straight from the freezer, ready-to-eat bowls thaw in 15 minutes (or 30 seconds in the microwave), and pails scoop straight from a 10°F freezer. Only our acai and dragon fruit packs are made for blending.

Where does your fruit come from?

Our acai is wild-harvested in the Brazilian Amazon, hand-picked from standing palms and packed at the source. Our dragon fruit comes from Vietnam. Our bowls, bowl bases and scoopable pails are made in an SQF Level 2 certified facility in Greenville, South Carolina.

Is there added sugar?

Our acai pure packs have none: just organic acai and a little citric acid. Our ready-to-eat bowls, bowl bases and acai pails are lightly sweetened with raw cane sugar and use a little tara and guar gum, which keeps them creamy instead of icy. Every product page lists the full ingredients.

Are your products organic?

Our acai pure and acai + guarana packs are certified USDA Organic. Our bowls, bowl bases and scoopable pails are made with organic acai, but the finished products aren't certified organic. Everything we make is dairy-free and gluten-free, and our products are certified kosher.

How does shipping work?

We ship frozen to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC, Monday to Wednesday, so boxes never sit in a warehouse over a weekend. Orders ship free at $99+ and cost $12.99 below that. Every order has a $50 minimum.

How long does it keep?

Bowls, bowl bases, scoopable pails and acai packs keep for 24 months frozen at 0°F. Diced dragon fruit keeps for 18 months. Once thawed, enjoy bowls and bases within 24 hours and use acai packets right away.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. Subscribe & save takes 10% off every delivery, on any schedule from every 2 to every 12 weeks. Skip or cancel anytime.

Where can I find you in stores?

We're in about 250 retail stores and around 300 cafes, bowl shops and other foodservice spots. Use our store finder to find one near you, or order online and we'll ship it frozen to your door.

Do you sell wholesale or private label?

Yes. Bowl shops, cafes and retailers can order wholesale cases direct with no minimum, or through foodservice distributors including Sysco, UNFI, Driscoll Foods and Jamac Frozen Foods. Private label starts at 1,000 units a year: 2–3 weeks if you bring a finished recipe, 4–6 weeks if we develop it with you.
