Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship frozen to the continental United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, DC). We don't ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories or military (APO/FPO) addresses, because the extra transit time could compromise product quality.
Order minimum
Every order has a $50 minimum (before shipping and taxes).
Shipping rates
East coast (ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, TN, KY, OH, MI, IN, IL, WI):
- Ground shipping: $12.99 on orders of $50 to $98.99
- Free ground shipping on orders of $99 or more
All other continental US states (AZ, AR, CA, CO, IA, ID, KS, LA, MN, MO, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WY):
- 2-day shipping: $39.99 on orders under $199
- Free 2-day shipping on orders of $199 or more
When we ship
We ship Monday through Wednesday so frozen products never sit in transit over a weekend. West coast and central orders ship Monday–Tuesday by 2-day. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days of shipping, and you'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
How we keep it frozen
Every order ships in an insulated box packed with dry ice to keep products below 0°F in transit.
If your order arrives thawed or damaged
If your order arrives thawed, partially melted or damaged, email order@acaiexotic.com right away with your order number and photos of the package and products, and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, or it appears lost in transit, contact order@acaiexotic.com and we'll respond within one business day.
